Evan started drawing at an early age as a way to connect and make sense of this world, and has dedicated a majority of his life to specialized creative work in the field of multidisciplinary art and design. He attended art school at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and soon thereafter began working as a professional studio artist in Chicago.

He has worked on a variety of projects, with clients and collaborators including the Rockwell Group, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Transit Authority, Meow Wolf,  Elkay Manufacturing, Hilton Corporation, and most recently, Dell Computers, Base Case, Hoyt Archery, Antarctica Logistics and Expeditions, and Sarcos Robotics as part of UCS.

He has also led several art spaces, EGG in Chicago, and Eggman & Walrus in Santa Fe, NM, as well as Medium Studio and 2006 Space Oddity in Salt Lake City. His artwork has been collected internationally, and he has art installations in the USA, Mexico, and Asia.

Whatever the project, Evan will always bring a thoughtful, highly creative perspective, along with a keen eye and will-do spirit. Evan has dedicated a big part of his life to specialized creative work, with skills honed from over 3 decades of design experience in the field of collaborative, multi-disciplinary art and design.

Evan Mosaics has designed, fabricated, and installed site specific architectural mosaics for over 25 years. Utilizing various materials from marble, granite, ceramics, glass, metal, mixed media, and more, and techniques from hand cutting to supersonic waterjet, Evan and his team will work closely with you to bring your concepts to stunning mosaic fruition.
